If you love classic pinball machines and enjoy hands-on electronics projects, our DIY kits provide the perfect hardware foundation to upgrade your machine’s sound system. We supply the core components—you bring the soldering skills.

What’s Included in the Box
Our kits are carefully curated to provide everything you need to populate the board. While we don’t list every single resistor—as minor components may occasionally change to ensure the best quality and availability—a standard DIY kit includes the following core elements:
- Custom TiltAudio PCB: The custom-manufactured circuit board, designed specifically for seamless integration.
- Subprocessor: STM32F411 “BlackPill” board for precise timing and hardware control.
- Audio Amplifiers: 2x 10W Class-D amplifiers for powerful, clear, and efficient sound output.
- Power Management: All necessary DC-DC converters to safely and efficiently manage power distribution.
- Passive Components: All required capacitors and resistors needed for the build.
- Connectivity: All necessary headers, pins, and connectors to interface with your machine.
What is NOT Included (Required to Run)
To keep these kits affordable and flexible, we leave the computing core and storage up to you. You will need to source the following items separately to complete your board:
- Raspberry Pi: (Please refer to our documentation for currently supported and recommended models).
- Micro SD Card: Required to run the operating system, the TiltAudio firmware, and to store your custom media and sound packs.
